Golden Brown Delicious Bajji

  • Add 300ml water to 500g of Nalaas Bhajji Bonda Mix.
  • Let the mixture soak for 15 minutes.
  • Slice vegetables of your choice such as Plantain, Onion or Potato.
  • Dip the slices in the Bajji mix and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
  • Enjoy the crispy Bhajjis with chutney of your choice!
