- Add 300ml water to 500g of Nalaas Bhajji Bonda Mix.
- Let the mixture soak for 15 minutes.
- Slice vegetables of your choice such as Plantain, Onion or Potato.
- Dip the slices in the Bajji mix and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
- Enjoy the crispy Bhajjis with chutney of your choice!
