Melt-in-the-mouth Gulab Jamuns

  • Gradually mix one portion of water to 1 portion of Nalaas Gulab Jamun Mix.
  • Stir until it turns into a smooth lump free dough.
  • Let the dough stand for 5 minutes.
  • Divide the dough into equal parts and make balls by applying a little oil to the palms of your hands.
  • Heat oil or ghee.
  • Deep fry the balls on low flame until they turn golden brown in colour.
  • Let the balls soak in sugar syrup for 4-5 hours.
  • Melt-in-the-mouth Gulab Jamuns are now ready to serve!
