Hot & Crispy Bonda

  • Add 200ml water to 500g of Nalaas Bhajji Bonda Mix.
  • Slice a medium sized onion and some green chillies.
  • Add the chopped onion and green chillies along with curry leaves and seasoning to the mixture.
  • Let the mixture soak for 15 minutes.
  • Slice vegetables of your choice such as Plantain, Onion or Potato.
  • Dip the vegetable slices in the mix and fry in hot oil until they turn golden brown.
  • Enjoy the crispy and flavorful Bondas with chutney of your choice!
